  • In-person training: Full body strength training, customized to your needs and goals. Whether you are seeking strength during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or keeping up with your kids, I tailor workouts to support your lifestyle.

  • Small group training: Full body strength training with friends or family.

  • Remote training: Custom workouts assigned in the TrueCoach app, to be completed in the convenience of your own home and on your own time. Recommended equipment: lighter/heavier dumbbell sets, kettlebell, and resistance band.
